The Happea Vegan Man

Hello

My name is Kev and I am 51 years old. I live in Hampshire UK. I have been married for nearly 25 years and have 17 year old twins, a girl and a boy.

I worked most of my life for Royal Mail in one form or another before leaving around 9 years ago. My wife and I own a very successful Hair Salon in our town and whilst my wife runs the business and our team of 19, I am the behind the scenes man, taking care of all admin items, accounts etc.

My main interests are travel and food and spending time with my family and friends. I also love watching football and my family are all season ticket holders at West Ham United FC. I enjoy going to concerts and have a wide taste in music.

I have had a vegan diet now for approaching 7 years and the biggest reason for me setting up my blog is to try to help others that have suffered with the health issues I have for a number of years by looking at changing their diet to a plant based one!
